Medium efficiency bag filter

Bag type medium efficiency filter is a device used for conveying media pipelines, mainly used for intermediate filtration in central air conditioning and centralized air supply systems, which can protect lower level filters and system equipment. Its filtration particle size is 1-5 μ m, with a filtration efficiency of 60-95% (colorimetric method), suitable for ambient temperatures ≤ 80 ℃.

The filter adopts a bag structure design, with frame materials including cold plate spray coating, galvanized sheet, and aluminum alloy. The filter material is made of non-woven fabric and fiberglass. It has the characteristics of high dust holding capacity and low resistance. When installing, it is necessary to ensure that the length direction of the filter bag is perpendicular to the ground. It needs to be replaced every 3-4 months or when the resistance reaches 400Pa. Widely used in pharmaceuticals, electronics, food, and central air conditioning ventilation systems, it can be directly delivered to users in places where air purification cleanliness requirements are not strict. It is often used as the front-end filter of high-efficiency air filters to extend their lifespan.
