Efficient partition filters are equipment used for end filtration in clean rooms, semiconductor manufacturing, biopharmaceuticals, and other places, capable of filtering airborne suspended particles below 0.3 µ m. The filter material adopts ultra-fine glass fiber filter paper or PP high-efficiency paper, and the outer frame includes galvanized plate, stainless steel plate, and aluminum alloy profile. The partition material is divided into paper partition and aluminum foil plate.
The filter reduces resistance through a folding partition structure and is sealed with a new type of polyurethane sealant to enhance its anti rupture strength. Each unit has undergone laser scanning testing and meets the requirements of EN1822 standard. Professional testing and system debugging are required for replacement.
