V-Bank filter is a compact air filter with high efficiency and large air volume. Its core advantage is to provide a large filtration area in a limited installation space, while also achieving high efficiency, low resistance, and long service life. It is commonly used in ventilation systems ranging from medium to high efficiency levels.
Core Structure and Principles
V-shaped combination structure: Multiple foldable filter materials are combined into a V-shape (2-6 V-shaped units), with a filtration area 3-5 times larger than that of a flat filter under the same installation size.
Filter media: The mainstream is ultra-fine glass fiber (high efficiency grade) or high-quality synthetic fiber (medium efficiency grade), using a mini pleated design.
Frame: ABS plastic (lightweight, flammable) or galvanized sheet/aluminum alloy (sturdy, high temperature resistant).
Sealing: Whole sealant+border sealing strip to prevent air leakage.
Main Features
High air volume and low energy consumption: The V-shaped structure makes the airflow smoother, with lower resistance than bag filters of the same efficiency, significantly saving fan energy consumption.
