Overview
Weldolet (Butt Weld Olet) is a one-piece hot forged reinforcing branch saddle fitting, belonging to Olet series fittings defined by MSS SP-97 standard. Different from Sockolet, its branch end adopts butt weld connection for large diameter branch pipelines. Instead of cutting standard tees on main pipe, weldolet’s thickened saddle structure strengthens the pipe wall tapping position, greatly improving pressure bearing capacity and pipeline safety, widely applied for high-pressure large-bore process pipelines.
Integrally hot forged from carbon steel A105 or stainless steel A182 F304/F316L, uniform thick wall design for heavy load working conditions. We strictly control all dimensional parameters, guarantee zero minus tolerance on wall thickness and outer diameter, no thin-wall material cutting corners. Three standard pressure classes (3000LB / 6000LB / 9000LB) to match diverse high-pressure industrial working environments.
