45 degree butt weld elbow (BW elbow) is a core butt-weld pipe fitting applied to turn pipeline route with a gentle 45° angle. It adopts seamless hot forming technology, uniform wall thickness, smooth inner surface to reduce fluid resistance.
We produce long radius 45° elbows as standard, short radius type available for custom orders. Raw material carbon steel A234 WPB / MS mild steel, fully comply with ASME B16.9, ASTM, IS 1239 industry standards. All goods keep full nominal size with zero minus tolerance, no thin-wall cutting corners.
